Kurzer Knick – langer Knacks – Von der Distorsion zur chronischen OSG-Instabilität

Das scheinbar harmlose Umknicktrauma führt bei 40 % der Betroffenen zu einer chronischen Instabilität des oberen Sprunggelenks. Und das meist, weil keine medizinische Untersuchung und damit eine angemessene Nachbehandlung erfolgt. Spezifische Assessments zur Bedarfs- und Verlaufskontrolle sowie eine funktionsorientierte Therapie helfen, die Patient*innen wieder voll einsatzfähig zu machen.
